Common questions

Mainland, free zone, or offshore: which is right for me?
It depends on where you will trade and who your customers are. Mainland suits businesses serving the local UAE market or bidding for government work. A free zone suits 100% ownership with lower cost and fast setup. Offshore suits holding assets, not trading inside the UAE. We work this out with you in the free consultation.
Can I get a UAE residence visa with my company?
Mainland and free zone companies can sponsor residence visas, with the number depending on the package and office space. Offshore companies cannot sponsor visas. We confirm your visa quota before you choose.
How much does company formation cost in the UAE?
It depends on the jurisdiction, activity, visa count, and office option. We give you a fixed all-in quote after the free consultation, with government fees shown separately.
General legal information only, not advice on your specific matter. Free zone names and rules belong to their respective authorities. We confirm scope and a fixed fee in writing before work starts.
