Information provided in an enquiry

The form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, service and a short summary. Do not include passwords, financial account details, government identification numbers or full sensitive document originals in an initial enquiry. The enquiry page explains how to prepare a brief summary.

Submitting a valid enquiry sends the entered information to the website’s enquiry handler. The handler is configured to write a record outside the public website folder and attempt email delivery to its configured recipient. Recipient access, delivery and retention arrangements require operator confirmation.

Technical information and browser features

The production handler uses technical request information for origin checks and abuse controls. Hosting and email providers may process technical records when delivering their services. The operator should confirm those providers, access controls and retention arrangements in the final policy.

Navigation, service search, category filters and chart calculations run in your browser. Those features do not send their inputs to a third party or store them. Fonts and images are served from this website. The site uses Google Analytics, described below, and no advertising or marketing cookies.

Google Analytics cookies and how to refuse them

The site uses Google Analytics 4, a service of Google, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It loads when a page opens and sets first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier. It records the pages viewed, the referring website, the approximate location derived from the IP address, the device, browser and screen size, and actions such as opening a link to WhatsApp or sending an enquiry. It does not receive the details typed into the enquiry form.

Advertising features are switched off: the advertising consent signals are set to denied, Google signals and ad personalisation are disabled, and no advertising cookies are set. Google processes the data under its own terms; the Google privacy policy explains how.

You can refuse at any time. Choose Reject in the cookie notice, or use the Cookie preferences link at the foot of every page and choose Reject. Google Analytics then stops loading on this site in that browser and its cookies are deleted. The choice is kept in your browser's local storage as lc_consent. You can also block cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on that Google publishes.

Purpose, access and the remaining policy details

Enquiry information is intended to allow the requested service to be understood and a response prepared. Any subsequent sharing of case documents with a professional should follow the agreed engagement and appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

A completed policy must identify the responsible operator and a working privacy contact, retention arrangements, applicable rights and the process for access, correction or deletion requests.
