How we publish client feedback
Client feedback needs a verifiable source, permission and accurate wording before it appears on the website.
Feedback must be traceable
No client testimonials or numerical review ratings are currently published. Before feedback is added, verify its source, date, permission to publish and the client’s actual words. An attributed platform review should link to its original record where appropriate.
A statement about one engagement cannot guarantee another person’s outcome. Personal and case details need consent and confidentiality review. Illustrative photographs do not identify clients or verified team members. Our publishing approach explains how sources and factual claims are handled.
Check the professional evidence before appointing someone
Confirm the professional’s identity, relevant licence, jurisdiction and experience for your matter. Agree the deliverables and exclusions in writing. The fees and scope guide sets out the cost responsibilities and changes to clarify.
Official sources in a service guide support its general information; they do not endorse a provider. Use the service directory to identify the matter and prepare questions, then assess the proposed engagement on its own evidence.
